How is Health Roots different?

Health Roots provides more than your typical dietary advice. There are no restrictions or limitations on what you can or can’t do. The idea behind Health Roots, is to design a life based on YOUR NEEDS.

Each individual has a different set of needs, based on their body type, lifestyle, environment and even social atmosphere.

While most diets are catered to one style, that worked for one person, at one time, Health Roots caters to anyone. Health Roots provides each person with the ability to learn, for themselves, what works best for them and strategies on how to implement the changes into their life. 

Is Health Roots a Diet?

No. There is no restriction of foods when it comes to following the Health Roots Philosophy. In order to restore the balance, there is a cleansing process which involves reducing the Free Sugars* in the body to allow the body to heal and restore itself. This process requires a MINIMUM of 3-4 weeks. However, depending the individual and their lifestyle, it could take up to 3 months.

Is Health Roots a Detox or Cleanse?

Not exactly.

While there is a strong component of detoxifying the body from excessive sugars in the body, the overall methods are more integrative than a basic cleanse or detox. 

In order for the body to return to its full functioning power, it must go through the restorative process, a preparatory state for healing. Health Roots helps you bring the foundational biology of the body back to its optimal baseline.

From there, the body heals itself through a variety of ways and you’ll experience improved gut health, restored energy levels, regained mental focus, re-balanced hormones, and a cleansed palate, not to mention physical benefits like reaching your ideal set-point weight.

What is Free Sugar?

Free Sugar is defined as refined sugars that come from unnatural processes manufactured by humans. The process of removing nutrients and fibers from plants to produce highly concentrated sugar. Natural Sugars are not considered Free Sugars.

Is Health Roots just another way to Quit Sugar?

No. In order to enter the Restorative Process, the body must detox from Free Sugars so that it can begin to restore biological balance. Natural Sugars, like fruit and other healthier alternatives are safe to consume in moderation, and do not interrupt the restorative process.

How do I get started with Health Roots?
